Delivery and Returns for Millinery Malarkey Hats, Facinators and Headbands
Turnaround for orders
It takes many hours to make hats and headpieces, so plenty of notice is needed to make each order, particular if specific materials or colours have to be sourced. Standard turnaround time for each order is is 8-10 weeks, although I will endeavour to do so before then.
Please note short turnaround times incur express fees and charges – if there is the availability to make the item/s requested. It is often not possible to make a hat or headpiece at short notice, due to the nature of handmade millinery.
Delivery
Delivery is via a courier or Royal Mail, once your order has been made and finished, usually within 8-10 weeks of your order being placed.
Delivery costs are included within the cost of the hats listed on this website for the United Kingdom ONLY. Regrettably I am only accepting orders within the UK at present.
You will be notified when your item has been dispatched.
Returns and Refunds
All hats, fascinators and headbands are made and finished to order.
All orders are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations.
As such they are not returnable or refundable.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
